Ralph is an associate in the Property department, who was born in Barbados and graduated from the University of the West Indies in 2015, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons). He continued his legal training at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago where he obtained a Legal Education Certificate in 2017, and was called to the Bar in Barbados in the same year.

Ralph has a keen interest in Conveyancing and Real Estate law and has worked closely with the partners in the Property Department since joining the firm in 2017.  In the area of real estate, he frequently acts on behalf of local, regional and international clients in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties and advises on any title or planning issues encountered in these types of transactions.  He also advises on the structuring of real estate acquisitions and is experienced in the areas of financing, secured lending and the leasing of residential, commercial and agricultural properties.

In addition to his real estate practice, he frequently advises clients in relation to the preparation of wills and estate planning and management, obtaining grants of representation and the administration of estates.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Ralph’s interests extend to motorsports, travelling and spending time outdoors, enjoying all of the incredible amenities that Barbados has to offer!
