Ms. Kimberly Justine Lewis is a Senior Associate at the firm.

In 2011, Kimberly graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), History; concentration in global history from the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. Her B.A. and a personal interest in property acquisition within the Caribbean were the catalysts to the start of her legal career. Kimberly was awarded her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados in 2014. Thereafter, she attended the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. During the two-year programme, as a participant of legal aid, she focused primarily on property transactions and in 2016 was awarded her Legal Education Certificate. Kimberly was called to the Barbados and Jamaica Bar in 2016 and 2018 respectively.

Her client care and professionalism has yielded her an extensive clientele, as she has acted on behalf of local and international clients on property acquisitions, sale and purchase of residential properties and sale of shares of property holding companies. The breadth of her experience goes beyond that to include mortgage financing and property development having worked for a number of years with leading institutions in the areas of secured lending in retail and commercial mortgages and sale and purchase transactions.

Kimberly’s devotion to property acquisition in the Caribbean has incited her participation in mortgage fairs and also led to her conducting public seminars on homeownership and publishing articles in Commonwealth law journals.

Her passion for entertainment and regional integration has also resulted in her involvement in the planning of major festivals within the Caribbean. In her spare time, she enjoys the performing arts and literature, plays tennis, attempts golf, enjoys travelling, trying the different cuisines and work of service as a member of Rotary International.
