In her current position as business manager, Lisa is responsible for human resources, administration and operations.

She joined the firm in 2015 after 10 years as a HR generalist, during which time she acquired valuable skills in customer service, administrative management and human resources management.

Lisa is a member of the Human Resources Association of Barbados (HRMAB), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the ADR Association of Barbados Inc.
