Vidisha K. Hathiramani is a partner in the Property Department.

Vidisha was called to the Bar in Barbados in 2002 and has been practicing Property Law throughout her legal career.

She is a specialist in commercial and residential real estate law and has experience in diverse property transactions in the areas of real estate financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, conveyancing, share sales, residential and commercial leases and residential and commercial developments.

She has provided legal services to local and international clients, which include real estate investors and developers, hotel groups, financial institutions, local and international companies, offshore law firms, government entities and individuals.

Vidisha’s commitment to the area of Property Law has facilitated her service to a wide variety of clients, her involvement in several types of real estate transactions of diversified natures and sizes, and her experience in dealing with extensive issues of varying degrees of complexity.

She has written articles and given presentations on aspects of Property Law. She is a member of the Barbados Bar Association’s Land Transfer Committee and an associate member of the Barbados Real Estate and Valuers Association.

Vidisha joined Clarke Gittens Farmer in 2022.
